The Ecommerce/ Online Merchandiser will assist the Ecommerce Trading team to drive the Go-To-Market, merchandising, product and sourcing strategy in order to achieve the commercial budgets.

The Ecommerce/ Online Merchandiser will assist the Ecommerce Trading team to drive the Go-To-Market, merchandising, product and sourcing strategy in order to achieve the commercial budgets.

You will assist managing all product setup and maintenance of the product catalogue across the global TMG, F1 & UFC websites, supporting the trading team with onsite merchandising and catalogue enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a category level Range Plan that accurately reflects the planned buy levels, pricing, product mix in line with agreed budgets & forecasts.
  • Deliver product category plans, implementing agreed category strategies.
  • Monitor full-price sales & planned margin.
  • Work with the buying, production and partnership teams to deliver on agreed product supply using the forecasts and product tracker, identifying issues and provide feedback to the business when needed.
  • Give visibility to the busines that stock is in line with agreed stock levels monitoring current rate of sale ensuring partnerships, buying and production achieve the business objective <90% online in stock availability.
  • Liaising with the internal partnership, buying and production teams to ensure sufficient levels of stock are available to meet demand, whilst identifying and futureproofing quantities to meet any expected uplifts.
  • Review and implement mark-down activity to reduce terminal stock.
  • Support the wider marketing, content and trading team with planning and executing of product requirements for campaigns across a variety of digital channels.
  • Providing detailed reports and analysis of product performance to the team daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Support the set-up and publishing of all products to the websites, adhering to specifically timed product launches as well as day-to-day loading. Ensure all products are loaded into all relevant categories to maximise exposure and sales.
  • Support the development and growth of our marketplace channels (F1A, TMG, etc) by ensuring products are optimised sufficiently and continuously.
  • With the trading team, review category listing pages and product performance data (revenue, qty, CTR, bounce rate, sessions, ATP, CR, etc) to report daily, weekly, and monthly sales highlights presenting opportunities and challenges with likely actions.
  • Be responsible for all key data points regarding Product Information Management, data files, style codes, pricing, stock, allocation and product descriptions.
  • Work closely on the day-to-day operations with the production, supply chain, trading, and customer service teams to deliver on commercial objectives.

Skills Requirements:

  • Demonstratable multi-channel, ecommerce and offline merchandising experience of a similar role at a comparable level of at least 3 years.
  • Experience in stock control management.
  • Good understanding of Online UX and customer user journeys.
  • Detail orientated with strong numerical & analytical skills – Data Driven.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of website management, UX software and analytics tools.
  • Good presentation skills, reports information and ideas clearly.
  • Confident dealing within a fast-paced working environment.
