THE MEMENTO GROUP JOINS F1’S #WERACEASONE INITIATIVE WITH EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR FANS

The Group’s platform F1 Authentics is giving fans of F1 the chance to buy their very own piece of the iconic chequered flag, waved at 2020 races.

The campaign, called #WeRaceAsOne, has been launched ahead of the upcoming 2020 season start by F1, in support of the #PurposeDriven Movement launched by the FIA, as a platform recognising the two major issues dominating society at this time – COVID-19, and racism and inequality.

Since F1 announced the initiative, The Memento Group have jumped onboard with a means to both raise money and give fans of the sport a unique opportunity.

Now, on F1Authentics.com – The Memento Group’s official F1 memorabilia site – you can purchase your very own square of one of the chequered flags waved at a 2020 race, with your name printed on it prior to it being waved, starting with the Formula 1 Rolex Grosser Preis Von Osterreich Grand Prix (3rd-5th July).

Formula 1 will be using the opening race to thank people around the world for the incredible strength and fortitude they have shown against the global pandemic. 

Equally the restart will show that the sporting community stand united against racism and are doing more to address inequality and diversity in Formula 1.

This opportunity, which is limited to only 56 squares out of 80 per flag, will allow avid fans and supporters to put their mark on one of the most iconic components of an F1 race and own a piece of the sport’s history whilst helping raise awareness and money for the important initiative.

Supporting the #WeRaceAsOne campaign, this F1 Authentics endeavour will donate the profits towards the cause.
